Uncoupled – Released on 07/29 – Netflix

For those nostalgic forHow I Met Your Mother, we find here the iconic Barney Stinson, in the main role. With Darren Star at the helm, this series is presented as a Sex and The City gay friendly.
Games of thrones: House of Dragons – Released on 08/21 – HBO

Synopsis: This is the famous prequel, in which we will discover the dark past of the Targaryen dynasty, the royal family that will give birth to a certain Daenerys. Based on the novel Fire and Blood Written by George RR Martin, the story takes place more than two centuries before the birth of the silver-haired dragon queen.
However, we do meet several of his illustrious ancestors, such as King Viserys and Prince Daemon Targaryen. Both are mentioned several times in the first volumes of the written saga. And they bicker (naturally) over who should be the heir to the Iron Throne. According to the king's wishes, this title should go to Princess Rhaenyra (Emma D'Arcy), whose place is widely coveted by her rivals.
It is without a doubt the most anticipated production of summer 2022, the one that fans of Game of Thrones have been dying to discover for months.
The Sandman Season 1 – Released on 05/08 – Netflix

Synopsis: Morpheus, the master of dreams, finally manages to free himself after decades of imprisonment. In order to regain his powers and regain his indispensable control over dreams, he must set out to find all the places and people whose destiny his absence has damaged. The main role is played by Tom Sturridge (the tormented Eamonn in the series Irma Vep by Olivier Assayas), while Gwendoline Christie (aka Brienne of Tarth in Game of Thrones) and takes on the dark wings of Lucifer, the queen of Hell.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power – Released 02/09 – Amazon Prime Video

Synopsis: Seven thousand years before the events recounted in The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, this series is based on the history of Middle-earth as told by J. R. R. Tolkien. It begins during a period of relative peace and covers all the major events that occurred in Middle-earth during the Second Age: the creation of the Rings of Power, the history of the island kingdom of Numenor, the rise of Sauron, and the last alliance between Elves and Men. These events take place over thousands of years in Tolkien's stories, but are condensed for the series.
The Rings of Power (Rings of Power in the original version) are fictional magical objects belonging to the legendary(legendarium) by British writer JRR Tolkien.
The Rings of Power appear in the novel trilogy The Lord of the Rings. They are presented at the beginning of the first volume,The Fellowship of the Ring, when the wizard Gandalf recites to the hobbit Frodo Baggins a poem long known to the elves of Middle-earth.
To be discovered at the start of the school year on Amazon Prime Video.

Revoir Paris – Released on 7/09

Synopsis: In Paris, Mia is caught up in an attack in a brasserie. Three months later, she still hasn't managed to get her life back on track and she only remembers the event in bits and pieces. Mia decides to investigate her memory to find the path to possible happiness.
Virginie Efira plays the role of the protagonist, Mia.
A very sensitive but necessary subject. Because we all remember clearly and distinctly where we were that evening. Marked for life by these events for many. So talking about and dealing with this subject again and again seems legitimate to me. And thus allows us to perpetuate the duty of remembrance of the many victims of this nameless massacre.
The film not to be missed.
Pinocchio – Released 8/09

Synopsis: Let’s dive back into our classics!
This is both a film adaptation of the novel The Adventures of Pinocchio by Carlo Collodi and a live-action remake of the animated film Pinocchio released in 1940.
Directed by Robert Zemeckis, Tom Hanks completes the cast by lending his voice to Gepett. As well as Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Jimini Cricket.
Don't worry Darling – Released 09/21

Synopsis: A housewife living in an experimental community begins to suspect that her husband's business is hiding disturbing secrets.
This psychological thriller is directed by Olivia Wilde and stars Harry Styles and Florence Pugh.
The trailer builds up the tension. And really makes us want to know more about the secrets surrounding this nightmarish utopia.
Harry Styles, meanwhile, is doing a double this fall. In addition to "Don't Worry Darling", he will be on the bill for " My Policeman ». Or he forms an on-screen couple with Emma Corrin (" The Crown »).
Ticket to Paradise – Released 09/28

Synopsis : Wren Butler and Lily, fresh graduates of the University of Chicago, go to Bali to celebrate the end of their exams. There, Lily finds love with a Balinese man and wants to get married right away. Her parents, now divorced, will then do everything to dissuade her from getting married. For her part, Wren also falls in love with a "local".
Here we find George Clooney and Julia Roberts in the main roles and Ol Parker as director. The film reunites the two actors after Ocean's Eleven (2001), Ocean's Twelve (2004), and Money Monster (2016)
