The 369 method
The 369 Method is a manifestation technique that harnesses the power of numbers, repetition, and intention to attract what you desire into your life. It is inspired by the principles of the Law of Attraction, which posits that our thoughts and emotions have the power to influence our reality.
Here's how the 369 method works:
Step 3: First, you need to clarify your desire or goal. Identify exactly what you want to manifest in your life. This can be anything from harmonious relationships, optimal health, a thriving career, or any other aspect of your life that you want to improve.
Step 6: Next, you formulate your desire as a positive affirmation, as if you had already achieved it. Use positive terms and the present tense, describing your goal as if it were already a reality in your life. For example, instead of saying “I want a satisfying job”, say “I am grateful for my fulfilling job that fulfills me every day.”
Step 9: Finally, you repeat this affirming phrase at key moments of the day, following the 3-6-9 pattern. You repeat it 3 times in the morning when you wake up, 6 times during the day, and 9 times in the evening before going to bed. The goal is to strengthen your intention and anchor it deeply in your subconscious by repeating it regularly and systematically.
Some 369 Method practitioners also incorporate visualizations or meditation techniques to further amplify the energy and impact of their intention.
It is important to understand that the 369 method is based on the belief that your thoughts and emotions have creative power over your reality. By focusing your attention on what you desire and cultivating positive feelings associated with achieving your goals, you attract to yourself the circumstances and opportunities that allow you to manifest your wishes. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is an alternative healing method that combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine, psychology, and acupressure. While it is primarily used to relieve stress, anxiety, emotional trauma, and phobias, it can also be adapted to help with the manifestation of desires and goals. Here's how to use EFT for manifestation:
- Identifying the limiting belief : Before beginning the EFT session, clearly identify the limiting belief or emotional block that might be preventing you from manifesting your desire. For example, you might unconsciously believe that you don't deserve to achieve this goal or that you are not good enough to achieve it.
- Establishing positive affirmation : Once you have identified the limiting belief, create a positive affirmation that contradicts that belief. Make sure this affirmation is phrased positively, stated in the present, and specific to your goal. For example, if your limiting belief is "I don't deserve to be prosperous", your positive affirmation could be “I deserve to attract abundance into my life”.
- The EFT Round : Begin by gently tapping on the karate chop point (on the edge of your hand, between your pinky and wrist) while repeating your positive affirmation out loud three times. Then, perform a series of tapping on the acupuncture points of the body while repeating your positive affirmation at each point. Tapping points include the crown of the head, the beginning of the eyebrow, the corner of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, under the mouth, the collarbone, under the arm, and the karate chop point.
- Focus on emotions : As you tap on each point, focus on the emotion associated with your positive affirmation. Allow yourself to fully feel that emotion, whether it is gratitude, confidence, or joy. If negative thoughts or resistances arise, simply observe them without judgment and continue tapping on the points.
- Repetition and integration : Repeat this round of EFT as often as needed until you feel emotional relief and an increase in confidence in your ability to manifest your desire. You can also incorporate this practice into your daily routine to strengthen your positive affirmation and dissolve lingering emotional blocks.
By combining EFT with positive affirmations and creative visualization, you can release emotional and energetic blocks that may be hindering the manifestation of your desires. Be open to the experience and willing to explore the depths of your being to unlock your full manifestation potential.
Scripting
Imagine being able to write the director of your own life, where every line is a step towards your deepest aspirations? Well, that’s exactly what scripting offers! A powerful method to manifest your desires by transforming them into words.
Here are the steps of this method:
- Set your goal clearly : Before you start writing, make sure you have a clear and specific goal in mind. What do you want to manifest in your life? What does this goal mean to you? The more defined your goal is, the more specific and effective your scripting will be.
- Write as if it already happened : Get into a state of mind where your desire is already a reality. Imagine yourself in the future, experiencing that reality as if it were already here. Write from this point of view, using affirmative sentences and speaking in the present tense.
- Living details : Delve into the details of this future reality. Describe what you see, hear, feel, and even smell in this new reality. The more vivid and real the details are to you, the more your subconscious will accept them as a possibility.
- Regular rereading : Reread your script regularly to maintain your connection with your goal. Read it with conviction and intention, soaking in the positive emotions associated with achieving your desire. You can also adjust your script over time to make it even more powerful and aligned with your deepest desires.
Scripting is a powerful way to program your subconscious mind to actively attract what you desire into your life. By engaging in this practice regularly and with conviction, you strengthen your belief in the fulfillment of your desires and pave the way for them to manifest into your reality.

The telephone method
The Telephone Method is a manifestation technique that uses visualization and imagination to attract what you desire into your life. Here's how you can use this method:
- Choose your goal : Start by clearly choosing the goal you want to manifest. Whether it’s a job promotion, a fulfilling romantic relationship, better health, or any other desire, make sure you define it precisely.
- Find a quiet place : Choose a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. This can be at home, in nature, or anywhere you feel comfortable concentrating.
- Imagine an imaginary phone : Close your eyes and imagine yourself holding an imaginary phone in your hands. Visualize it as clearly as possible, noticing details like color, shape, and texture.
- Enter into conversation : As soon as you hear the tone, imagine hearing a voice answer from the other end. This voice could be your best friend, a family member, or anyone close to you. Engage in a conversation with this " person ".
- Feel the accomplishment : During this conversation, feel deeply that your desire is already fulfilled. Visualize yourself living in the reality where your desire has manifested, feeling the positive emotions associated with this achievement. Hear the voice of the person in front of you congratulating you and getting excited about you, always as if it had already been accomplished.
- Express your gratitude : End the conversation by expressing gratitude for the fulfillment of your desire. Thank the voice on the other end of the phone for their support and help in manifesting your goal.
- Let go and trust : After hanging up the imaginary phone, let go of how and when your desire will come true. Trust that the universe is working for your benefit and that your desire is on its way to you.
The Telephone Method is a fun and imaginative technique that can help you strengthen your connection with your desires and manifest them into your reality. Feel free to practice this method regularly and adjust the process according to your personal needs and preferences.
The Law of Assumption
The Law of Assumption, often associated with Neville Goddard, is a central idea in manifestation and spirituality. It essentially says that if you truly believe in something, it will eventually come to pass in your life.
Basically, here's how it works: Instead of just wishing for something, you have to believe it deeply, as if it had already happened. This means acting, thinking, and feeling as if your desire were already a reality in your life.
You really have to believe that your desire is already there. If you doubt it, it complicates things. Try to convince yourself that it is already there, in your life.
Doubts and fears are obstacles. To overcome them, try to replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations, and visualize your desire as already accomplished.
When you truly believe that your desire is already there, take action on it. This may mean doing things that support your desire or simply keeping a positive attitude.
Hold fast to your belief. Don’t let doubts or obstacles discourage you.
By using the Law of Assumption in your life, you can actively create the conditions for your desires to come true. This requires believing strongly in your goals, acting accordingly, and remaining convinced that your dreams will come true.

Vision Board
The vision board is a powerful tool to manifest your desires and goals in your life. Here's how you can use it effectively:

Collect inspiring images : Collect photos, quotes and images that represent your desires.
Create your vision board : Glue these images on a board or sheet of paper to form your vision board.
View regularly : Take a few moments each day to look at your vision board and visualize your goals already achieved.
Be open to opportunities : Stay alert to signs and opportunities that bring you closer to your goals.
By using this method, you can maintain your focus on what you want to attract into your life and feel inspired to take action toward your desires.
Each of these methods therefore has its own little trick to make our dreams come true. The main thing is to find the one that appeals to you the most and let the magic happen.
