Where should you live or travel according to astrocartography?
Have you ever wondered what would be the ideal place where you should live? Are you looking for a travel destination that will change your life? Do you want to meet the love of your life in a foreign country?
Astrocartography can be used to answer all of these questions!
How does it work?
In astrology, astrocartography also known asastromapping, is a form of astrology focused on geography.
Let's say you want to move to a new city. You look at your astrocartographic chart. And you see lines that represent different aspects of your life, like love, career, or adventure. If you see a line that matches what you're looking for, like love or creativity, it could mean that city is a good fit for you in that area. But be careful, if a line reflects something you want to avoid, like stress or conflict, it could be a warning to think twice before moving there.
Create your own astrocartography
- Gather the information you will need: name, date of birth, city of birth, time of birth – if possible, to the nearest 30 minutes.
- Visit sites like astro.com Or astro-seek.com to enter all your data. For example, on Astro.com, search for each part of the world that interests you, by clicking on the cities and lines on the map. And you can read the automatic interpretation on the section to the right of the map.
- You can also google the name of each line to give you a more in-depth interpretation of your astrocartography.
I also invite you to listen to the following media (in English, unfortunately there are not many documents in French on this subject yet): the podcast “Astrocartography with Marylin” for free on Audible, which details each line or the book “Finding Your Best Places: Using Astrocartography to Navigate Your Life” by Dan Furst
What does this look like in concrete terms?
The lines are drawn from a world map. And destinations that fall on intersections are meant to be more meaningful and potentially transformative. Each line has a particular meaning.
The lines point to a specific region, city, or location. You can use a 700-mile radius around a point to find the place that resonates most with you.

What can astrocartography teach me?
- WHAT ARE THE BEST PLACES TO LIVE.
You can be happy anywhere. But your chart can show you the geographic locations that will support you on a deeper level. You might have a spiritual connection to a particular place. Or a certain city might provide you with the energy to achieve a specific dream or career goal. Depending on the strength of your connection and the planet that is showing up, you might want to move to (or near) one of these places.
Look for lines marked “IC” if you are looking for places to move. Because these lines are closely related to home and family. Then look at what planetary symbol is on the line to know how your home/family will be influenced. Conversely, you should avoid places located on a Uranus/DC line (Uranus is associated with instability and extreme behavior),if you are thinking of moving.
- WHAT ARE THE IDEAL TRAVEL DESTINATIONS.
Are you ready to take your dream vacation, but don’t know where to go? Astrocartography can help! You can use your map to locate destinations that will be meaningful and powerful to you once you get there. If you’re looking for a life-changing experience, your map can show you exactly where to find it.
Look for your AC and MC lines when choosing your travel destinations. Check the planetary symbol to know what type of energy you will find there.
- OR FIND LOVE OR OTHER MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS.
If you have a specific goal in mind, such as finding love or making important professional connections, astrocartography can show you where you are most likely to find what you are looking for. Your Venus line in particular can show you where you will find love and other lasting relationships.
Look for your DC lines on the map if your goal is to meet someone or build relationships. Then use the planetary symbol to determine what type of energy you will find along that line.
And many other possible aspects too.. 🙂
So should we believe it?
You're the kind of person who regularly checks their horoscope with enthusiasm. Can reading your horoscope in the newspaper while you're on the subway influence your day? Then you might be intrigued by the idea of astrocartography. Even if it's just a little bit.
Maybe you like to choose your vacation destinations based on local vibes or unique experiences. Well, astrocartography could be an interesting way to find out if your next getaway will have a memorable impact on your life… Or the flavor of your next Piña Colada 😉
